Everyone has mental health. It sounds painfully obvious, doesn’t it? Just like me saying everyone, obviously, has a loo in their house. But mental health isn’t as simple as lavatories, as I’m sure you already know. I think a lot of people go through their entire lives without ever realising that we all have mental health.
